Week 5

……….and here we are at week 5 of a 10 week term……………..and having covered 4 of our topics we progress to ‘Stability’.

Stability will teach us that in order to become stable we will need to apply the principals we have learnt from:

Ageing             practicing to suit the need, ability and mood of the moment

Back               strength of the abdominals will help support the back

Breath             its a sound pose if you can breath it with ease

Flexibility         Flexible enough (in mind and body) to adjust a pose for comfort

Yes, so soon we are half way through our first term for 2018; the good news is – we repeat these 5 topics for weeks 6 – 10; adding to our knowledge and building our practice of Yoga.
