The Plan for Term Two

Breath & Flexibility

Term two will pick up on two previous (Term one) topics ‘Breath’ and ‘Flexibility’ and develop from there.

We explore the principals of each, combine the two; and observe how our practice can change and deepen.

Working with three main theories

  • Allowing the breath to lead the movement
  • Listening to the messages of the breath
  • Keeping your movement within the comfort of your breath

For those who wish to delve deeper into these theories and practices, there will be a three hour workshop on Saturday 21st April “Breath 2, 3, 4, 5”  (details in ‘workshops’ menu)
