Yoga for Health

Reuniting Body, Breath & Mind

Where in the World?

What a pleasure it is to welcome and share our yoga classes with visitors from outside our district, or country.  Maybe they are far from home, the surroundings, culture, language and weather unfamiliar.

But once their mat is unrolled, the practice of yoga takes over.  A practice that is steady, stable, and reliable.  A practice that is available and accessible worldwide.   Whatever the mother tongue, Sanskrit and Asana are the link to bring us together.  The familiarity of the poses, the shared energy; and once more, Yoga reflects its true meaning of ‘Union’.

Where in the world will you practice your yoga this year?
