All of these lessons from Yoga are applicable now in this ever changing world.

Yoga also teaches that acceptance doesn’t mean you agree – but you acknowledge and accept what is.

Remember your yoga lessons.  While Yoga cannot change what is, it may help you come to terms with what is happening around you with lessons available to support you on and off the mat.
