Goldilocks and the Three Yogas

What has Goldilocks got to do with Yoga?

and what are the Three Yogas?

Take a moment to contemplate these two questions.

Goldilocks found the home of the three bears; little bear, middle bear and big bear.

There were the bowls (of porridge, but that came later) the chairs and the beds.

All accordingly suited to the size of the bear.

Remember, Goldilocks tried each until she found the one that was “Just Right”

Hold those thoughts…………..

We can pratice yoga through Mind and Body. The Breath is another focus of yoga and is the bridge that links the other two. There we have Three Yogas.

For you to enjoy your practice of yoga, enough that you return to it time and time again, day after day, week, month, year…………….these three yogas have to be “just right” for you

at the time of practice.
